Peak Season rates effective from December 1st to April 30th
We currently only accept payment with Paypal or by cheque.
When paying with cheques, we require 3 cheques, one for the reservation deposit, one for the balance and a security deposit. A booking deposit of half the total rental amount is required at the time of reservation. A second payment (cheque) dated the day your booking starts is required for the balance due. A separate damage deposit cheque of $85 will be required and will only be used if necessary, ie: damage or if the unit is left unclean.
You are responsible for leaving the suite as you found it. Cleaning service is not included but can be arranged for an additional cost.
Refunds & Cancellations
You will receive a refund of your entire deposit amount if:
- You book at the beginning of the ski-season & the mountain is not open in time for your visit
- You cancel with 30 days notice
- You cancel with less than 30 days notice and we are able to fill your booking
You will NOT receive a refund of your deposit if:
- The mountain is open (ie there is enough snow) but weather conditions prevent you from skiing
- Equipment failure on the mountain prevents you from skiing
- You cancel with less than 15 days notice
